Can I book a counseling session?
I am now accepting new counseling/psychotherapy clients on a case-by-case basis. I also offer Holistic Coaching if you find that to be a better fit based on your needs.
If you are interested in either counseling/psychotherapy or Holistic Coaching, please contact me at rweaver.wisemind@gmail.com. We will then set up a free initial Zoom "meet n' greet" (consultation) to explore if we are a good fit. At that time you can ask any questions, get clarification, and I'll share a little bit about myself [along with how I approach the work we will potentially be doing together.]

If after our initial meeting, you discover that I'm not a good fit for you and would like a referral list to other clinicians I directly work(ed) with/train/oversee, please email me and I will be happy to provide you with those contacts.

Group Rate (per person/per 2hrs): $90

What is EMDR?
Discovered by Dr. Francine Shapiro, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is one of the most researched and utilized methods in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other forms of human distress connected to trauma. This includes depression, anxiety, grief/loss, substance use disorders, etc.
